Johnna spends her days working at a job she loves as a foster care advocate. Then, when she gets home, she gets to put the theory into practice with her amazing husband, Frank Stein. (Yes, she is the bride of Frankenstein!) Two years ago they opened their home to foster kids when their bio kids flew the nest to college. Their daughter, Olivia, a recently employed college graduate, is joining in the foster adventure in her brief return to the nest. Their son, Jan, threatens to become a certified Texan while he finishes his degree at Rice University. In the few spare hours Johnna finds, she continues her other passion – writing. Look for her latest stories and articles. This blog mainly will be about foster care, but the occasional random post may just find its way to the surface!
